Planning Your Joint Venture Partnerships – Time to Evaluate Again
by Judith Gilchrist-JVSpecialistOnline
It’s time to breathe again – you’ve successfully completed your Joint Venture. Now you review, evaluate, tweak and improve for the next time around. I suggest you do this immediately after you complete the Joint Venture process, while things are still fresh in your mind then you can step back and take a break. Pat yourself on the back you did great!
For this evaluation you are looking at not only at your process of finding JV partners, but the results of the actual Joint Ventures.
Did people respond to your offer?
Did you have sales?
Where did you lose them?
Does your sales page need some improvement?
Be as objective as possible in reviewing the overall process and success of the JV and then look for the areas where you can improve. Remember this is a process and will take adjustments as you go along. Set yourself achievable expectations and you’ll be amazed at how your business begins to flourish and grow.
