Planning Your Joint Venture Partnerships – Summary
by Judith Gilchrist-JVSpecialistOnline
In addition to doing an overall evaluation it’s important to keep some notes regarding the Joint Venture, and this is where a summary is valuable. On your spreadsheet for your confirmed partners, summarize the JV, noting what worked, what didn’t work, what you would do differently. You may realize that some of the partners were not as good a fit as you thought, and as a result you may choose not to JV again. On the other hand I expect most will have been worthwhile and you now have a ready list of partners to contact for your next project.
